Hide Comment Red Mark but Show comment on hover

Whenever we add comment to a cell, a red mark is displayed in top right corner 3374
And when we hover over the cell, it shows the comment box.

I want to hide this red mark from the cell permanently, but still it should show comment box on mouse hover.

I found only 3 option in the Excel setting, as shown in the attachment below, which do not fulfill my need.

Is there any trick or VBA or anything else to solve this issue??
