Updating Series Point Values By Clicking And Hovering Over An Interactive Chart

I have a dynamic chart that updates values and show information for 4 weeks in advance..
The weeks are displayed in the x-axis .. I need to show what week I click on in the chart and display that week in a cell (highlighted) ..
Also, the chart has columns, each column shows 3 series groups .. I want to display the series value of any column in the chart by hovering that bar and also display it in a cell ..
Can I do this in excel with VBA code? I am attaching the file below as an example .. thanks

The attached file will enable you to view details of the series by just hovering your mouse over the series. If you double click on any single series point, it will allow you to make modifications to the value. It's kinda cool. Try it.
