Changing Picture Using Data Validation

Hi

Not sure how to make this work but maybe VLOOKUP is the way..

I want to have a Picture and the word "WARNING" show in a cell if from the DV list "show" is selected.If hide is selected then the picture and word "WARNING" then hides

I would prefer a formula but if code as well
