Pivot Table multiple filter exceptions

I have a pivot table with 2 years of sales data for each of 12 periods(Months)used to develop a budget and filtered out to 30 sales rep tabs. I want to filter the table and show periods 1-11 for the current year(2013) and only period 12 of the prior year (2012) since period 12 of the current year will have incomplete data at budget time. Only columns a-g are pivot, the rest are derived values off the pivot data. Pivot.jpgAny Ideas would be appreciated. I did try having 2 seperate pivots with complex nested vlookups but is fairly messy and hard to maintain. Files and image Attached
