Allign Waterfall Chart Label

All, was wondering if anybody could help with a macro that can allign the data labels of the waterfall charts in the attached file. You can add or remove more data from the table on the top left.
In the last sheet, the chart has a secondary axis also, on which I rely to create two more series to display those labels. But since their heights (top) is not alligned with what we want to 'SEE', I am finding it hard to write a logic.
