    HI

Please check this link ,there are TWO files, one is Grade 8 (http://www.box.net/shared/et0q8my9qpvjefeciryx) and one is Grade 9, The Grade 9 files works out the STATS and returns it to a sheet called STATS. I want the Grade 8 sheet to do the same. to work out all the stats i.e. the number of codes per learning area

Shane, for Grad 8, from which sheet do you want to work out the STATS data? From Schedule sheet?
A dream is not something you see when you are asleep, but something you strive for when you are awake.

It's usually a bad idea to say that something can't be done.

The difference between dream and aim, is that one requires soundless sleep to see and the other requires sleepless efforts to achieve

Hi check out the Grade 9 sheet which is available via a link in my post . Each teacher take a copy of the sheet and only complete his marks and then all is imported into one sheet from their flashdrives or wherever they have stored the sheet.
