Want to Send emails by clicking an email hyperlink in the excel sheet

Hello experts,

I am a beginner level excel user. Don't have any knowledge of coding, vb script. I need your help really badly for a task assigned to me at my new job.

I have attached the prototype excel file for your reference. I want to send email with just one click when I click any email IDs in column T.
The challenge I have here is to include recipients, Subject line & email body from the tab 'PTR Email'.

Let me explain by giving an example which will explain it clearly.

For example, as per the line # 41 in tab 'Task',

1) I want to send email to apxxxx31@gmail.com listed in column T
2) Since, the Team ID in column E is FIN, I would want to add all the email IDs as mentioned in Row 2 (Finance team) of the 'PTR Email' tab
3) For Subject of the email, I would want to use content of cell A19
4) For email Body, I would want to include all the contents of cells A41-A45 [Columns B to U]
5) Additionally, in the same email body, I would want to include the table row from 41 to 45 since they all are the tasks related to the same team 'FIN'.

So in short, in 1 click on the email IDs listed in column T, I want excel to send out emails as I explained
