If you layout the data in a structured format, then a Pivot table would do the trick for you.

I need to keep the format of the table for reporting purposes. However, if that will be possible for the Pivot Table to keep the same format, will you be able to help and assist me on how to do it using Pivot Table.

Unfortunately, the current format doesn't help to create the pivot.
