VBA to Send Different Emails Based on Criteria

Hello,

I have a spreadsheet I'm using to log data request emails I send to my clients. I have 4 columns:

A: Name
B: Email Address of Client
C: XXX (data needed)
D: First Request Date
E: Second Request Date

What I'd like to do is this:

If column C is blank, send an email that says "Hello - Please send me (XXX) at your earliest convenience. Thanks!", then log today's date in column C

If column C is NOT blank, and more than 14 days have gone by, reply to the original email thread and send email that says "Hello - We are following up as we still haven't received (XXX). May you please at your earliest convenience? Thanks!"

Is there a way to do this in one macro instead of two?
