Getting started on a pc with Sannce2 ( it has Guarding Vision Software )
The Guarding Vision manual is massive, difficult to read and totally useless for getting started on a pc. It appears that everyone scans a the square of black squares QR code, and then everything else falls into space with a few wipes of the thumb. I expect the manual is only good for later reference to the massive amount of feature that appear to be available.
What comes with such a receiver in terms of manuals, instructions, hard copy of software a, quick start guides, etc., seems to be a bit poorly organised. You will likely get the software and instructions relevant for your model, but whether they are up to date, or any use at all, is a bit hit and miss.
It is likely that your best bet is to briefly look through all that is supplied then try to find some on line info, such as the following.
Following this:

Working software at time of writing:
Share ‘Guarding-Vision.exe’ : https://app.box.com/s/fi3eumo8m6sq8tztlxgheftuxqtq5f5b
( Later I got the impression , that contacting support for my receiver model usually results in some blind reference to this article. The article is incomplete, but is probably your best bet. )
The thing to do with a new receiver is to look on the internet, possibly at Sannce support articles , get the latest software downloaded and take it from there
Download / Install Guarding Vision
The download and install was very typical
Note: Get the internet working or don’t bother to go further
Sannce receivers are very unreliable. ( !!!! Their support is close to useless. Some of their downloads are corrupt and have viruses in them )
The receivers usually will work reliably after power up to display the cameras on a television or monitor screen , but their internet function can stop working.
Throughout the following process I had a working Rj45 LAN Ethernet-Network cable connected , and on the DVR the furthest right green light flickers indicating a successful internet source.
If you have a working connection to a monitor, then on power up their will likely be some indication of a successful connection to the internet.
If you can’t get this apparent stable internet connection, don’t bother to go further.

As a result of this, on selecting Device Manager, the Guarding Vision software in the lower window seems to recognise the router and catches the following details about it as well as the Guarding Vision associated info:
