Is that possible to establish between forum page and visual script

Hi,

My intention is to send automated message to forum members. Forum management is not under my control. I am just a member in that field.
I listed each individual's nicknames and their corresonding membership number. You know, each member has a nickname and their nicknames refers to a pointer, which is a number.
For example, his nickname: "alexandro" and his id is: "766322"
When I am about to send him a pm, private message goes to 766322, which is called as alexdandro.

What I wonder is that if I can send private message to five forum members, their nicknames shall be written in bcc field, and message shall be send under excel + visual basic window.

After sending the first pm, visual basic shall wait for 60 seconds, then the same pm shall be sent to next "five members" in the list.
