    date format

I need the idea to change the date entered into a specific format specified by me in my excel workbook.
Suppose I got a excel sheet emailed from another collegue and he likes to use d/m/yy format or any other but I like to use and feel comfortable with dd/mm/yyyy format.
Also I need the idea to change the d/m/yy format I entered to dd/mm/yyyy format.

    Like,
If I get a sheet with d/m/yy format on date. I need my system to change the format automatically to dd/mm/yyyy format. And also if I type date in d/m/yy format I need it changed automatically to dd/mm/yyyy format.

You can do it by changing your system's date format to dd/mm/yyyy if you have administrator previlage.
