Copy Sheet name to Cell without Updating the other Sheet

Is there any way to copy sheet name into cell without updating the cell on other sheet?
When i am adding sheets, it will automatically change the name on cell of the other sheet.
Sheet1 should have the title "Title: Sheet1" but after adding sheet, the sheet 1 will changed.
