Red Green Amber Three Color Conditional Format

Hi

In cell J9 i use conditional formatting for if the result is under 75 the cell turns BLUE,if between 75 and 80 it is GREEN and above 80 it is RED......In merged cells E:K11 how can i use Conditional Formatting to say "OUT OF RANGE" or "IN RANGE" depending on what J9 displays.If J9 is under 75 and BLUE then merged cells E:K11 will be BLUE and say "OUT OF RANGE" , If J9 is between 75 & 80 and GREEN then E:K11 will be GREEN and say "IN RANGE" and if J9 is over 80 and RED then E:K11 will be RED and say "OUT OF RANGE"

Use the formula section in Conditional Format, and use formula as below

=$J$9<75
=AND($J$9>=75,$J$9<80)
=$J$9>80
